Kate Young
Member of Parliament for London West
Question Period and Tours

If you are a constituent who happens to be visiting Ottawa, whether specifically to meet with Kate or not, you may be interested in obtaining a tour of the Parliamentary Precinct (including West Block where the House of Commons is currently sitting) or else you may want to watch Question Period or a Debate in the public galleries above the Commons Chamber. Question Period occurs daily when the House is in session, and for a period of 45 minutes or so, any Member of Parliament can ask a question of the Prime Minister or a Minister in the Cabinet of Canada.

Our office is happy to facilitate these requests!  Please get in touch with us at [email protected] or 613-996-6674 for more information or to set something up.

Tours:

*Please note that due to restrictions because of COVID-19, parliament is sitting in person in reduced numbers and the public galleries are closed-although you can still watch the proceedings on CPAC or on ParlVu; both of which enables you to watch Committee Hearings and other Public Events on the Hill.
